The
time has finally come where we can shout out our exciting news. We
received our LOA for Fan Min...aka Min Min. We met this little nugget
when we were in China bringing Sha home. He is from the same province and orphanage as his big sister which we are thrilled about. Below are some pictures of the two
of them together on that day we met him. He never left our hearts and we are very
excited to be in this process again. More importantly Sha is very
excited about having a little brother to play with and probably boss around too:) He is 6 years old
and we are hoping to have him home in the next few months. I have also
started a blog for him, which I will release the links shortly however for now enjoy the pics and continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
Our little miss sunshine, Yao Sha is from Changsha City Hunan, China. She is 9 years old and will soon learn her forever family is coming for her. Please follow our journey with us.

Finally an update
NOTE I originally started this blog 2 days before Sha's 2nd Christmas home. Yes I am now just getting to posting it.
Wow, this is the longest I have gone without blogging, amazing how difficult is now to find time in our days for the important things in life. I had good inspiration to start blogging again thanks to my sunshine. Last weekend we were still lying in bed and she asked me to tell her about the day we met and how we felt. Well my awesome sister in law had made me this scrapbook of my first blogs in China so I pulled that out and started reading my blogs to her. To my shock and to my delight I was amazed how quickly you forget the little but very important moments and I was grateful I had blogged about it so I made a promise to myself and to Sha that I would always find time to blog, even if it's brief:)
With that said since my last post we've celebrated Halloween, Thanksgiving, Gift of Jade (from oldest family member to her), first NYC show, visit to Dupont and Giofredda's, meeting cousin Aaron for the first/ time and what I can't believe I didn't blog on was our 1 year Gotcha Day anniversary. Yes folks 1 year has come and gone so quickly and as cliche as it is, it goes by so fast. We also experienced our first fall off the horse (with no injury), first concussion (all good though), first friends bday party and so much more
We have a lot coming up in the near future so stay tuned for exciting news. For now just enjoy some new pics.
